TechGlobal’s staff are experts in the design and application of relational and object-oriented database management software (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Access, etc.); software development environment (MicroSoft Studio .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C.NET, JAVA, VB, C++, VBA, HTML, XML, etc.); geographic information system (GIS) software such as A
rcGIS, ArcServer, ArcIMS, AcrSDE, ArcObjects; integration software such as SONIC ESB.  While some of our client projects create spatially enables (GIS) database management systems, others are exclusively focused on integrating their data environments using Oracle, SQL Server, Access, and Internet technology.  TechGlobal’s staff has extensive experience with government clients. We understand Local and State Government business functions and the systems that must support those business functions.
