TechGlobal and Accela’s Association Leads to Client’s Success

Congratulations to Baltimore County for receiving the 2013 Achievement Award from the National Association of Counties for the County’s implementation of Accela (for PAI, Animal Licensing and Residential Parking).

TechGlobal has been working with the Baltimore County Office of Information Technology (OIT) to implement Accela, an enterprise software system that makes government easier, faster, and more accessible for its citizens as well as its agency staff. The web-based office and mobile software encourages data sharing, reduces data duplication and errors, and streamlines and automates business processes for the permits, land management, licensing, and enforcement agencies.
