The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is an agency that enriches life through science. NOAA services include daily weather forecasts, severe storm managers, and climate monitoring to fisheries management, coastal restoration, and maintaining marine commerce.
IT Solution: TechGlobal provides system administration, helpdesk support and IT project management for the Office of Science and Technology, Science Information Division to ensure that the IT infrastructure is operating in an efficient and smooth manner, and that application developers have support and user issues are expeditiously resolved.
Mission Support: TechGlobal provides an array of outreach and education support services to the Office of Education including education program support and evaluation, web support, graphic design, Education Council support, and grants management support.
TechGlobal has also provided outreach and education support services to the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries at Thunder Bay and Flower Garden Banks Sanctuaries.
