Regulatory Compliance
TechGlobal’s policy analysts and subject matter experts help clients stay out in front of changing environmental regulations and adopt cost-saving solutions, from waste management to energy efficiency. At NOAA, TechGlobal supported the Office of National Marine Sanctuary’s Policy and Planning Division in crafting a transparent public process to solicit and review community suggestions for new marine protected areas. We also contributed ecological, technical and economic analyses to environmental impact assessments and proposed rulemakings. TechGlobal staff assisted in bringing the office’s massive program of field operations, consisting of dozens of research vessels and hundreds of annual days at sea, into NEPA compliance.
For other clients, TechGlobal has provided program management services to ensure compliance with the Clean Air Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and various executive orders on federal sustainability. As part of these efforts, TechGlobal’s subject matter experts research the latest emerging clean technologies, brief senior agency leaders, and build the business case for implementing cost-saving retrofits to facilities, operations and vehicle fleets.

We also have extensive experience supporting programs where education is the primary mission, such as NOAA’s Office of Education. TechGlobal cultural resources specialists have documented historic shipwrecks in the Great Lakes, and our software developers built the National Park Service’s inventory of cultural sites.
